Job summary

The Gym Group is seeking a Fitness Manager at Old Trafford to support the General Manager in running the gym and deputise when needed. You will champion our values, lead trainers, and drive member engagement while upholding safety standards and operational excellence.

You will also shape the Group Exercise timetable, supervise admin duties, and have opportunities to PT within employed hours. This role offers flexible contracts and the chance to grow with a dynamic, inclusive team.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of fitness teams and service standards.
• Experience delivering group exercise and class programming.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety policies and daily checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-gym member engagement to improve satisfaction scores.
• Line manage fitness trainers and motivate the team.
• Develop and manage the class timetable and upskill staff to deliver.
• Drive commercial performance while maintaining high on-site standards.
• Coordinate with third-party suppliers and manage on-site operations.
