Job summary
The Gym Group in Manchester is seeking a Fitness Manager to support the General Manager in running a busy gym. You will lead trainers, manage the timetable, drive member satisfaction and contribute to commercial performance, all while upholding our values and flexible contract options.

Qualifications
- Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification or currently studying.
- Proven ability to lead and develop gym teams.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead in-gym service offering to improve member satisfaction.
- Line management and leadership of fitness trainers.
- Develop Group Exercise timetable and upskill the team.
- Drive commercial performance of the gym.
- Ensure high on-site standards through cleaning and maintenance management.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and daily/weekly checks.
- Assist GM with onsite admin tasks including rotas and time tracking.
- Act as keyholder for emergencies.
- PT in gym around employed hours and retain 100% of earnings with no annual licence fee.
