Fitness Manager Sevenoaks and Edenbridge Leisure Centres

At Sevenoaks Leisure Centre, Everyone Active is currently seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to take on this role and who is ready to embrace our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week.

Your major goal will be to deliver the fitness strategy and be accountable for providing a world-class experience to our members.

Responsibilities:

1. Hold a minimum Level 3 qualification.
2. Manage a comprehensive group exercise programme and personal training.
3. Ensure the fitness team achieves their goals through consistent delivery of personal training, group exercise sessions, and meaningful gym floor contact.
4. Actively promote the company’s vision and values.
5. Be a role model within the centre and foster a fun, friendly environment for colleagues and customers.
6. Implement a clear retention strategy and set key targets for the team to deliver and achieve.
7. Possess experience with accounts and supervising a team.
8. Work hours will include daytime, evening, and weekends, with potential support for duty manager/key holder roles.
