Key Qualities and Requirements:

• Highly organized and quick learner, committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Previous experience in boutique fitness is highly desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for building relationships with customers, colleagues, and contractors.
• Minimum Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification, with the ability to teach classes at the gym.
• Availability to work weekends.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain a positive image of the centre by providing a welcoming, helpful, and professional service.
2. Assist customers with facility use and encourage maximum engagement.
3. Prepare areas and equipment for sessions.
4. Oversee daily operations, ensuring security, cleanliness, supervision, and equipment checks are maintained.
5. Implement good housekeeping practices and support energy conservation and resource management initiatives.
6. Supervise staff on shift, allocate work effectively, and perform other duties as required.
7. Manage team members, including recruitment, absence reporting, qualifications, appraisals, and discipline.
