Job summary

Exclusive Resource Recruitment is seeking an SDR for SAP/ERP to help build an in-house outbound function in the UK. You will prospect, book meetings with senior decision-makers and collaborate with the sales team to create pipeline.

You’ll have the opportunity to grow into Senior SDR, Team Lead or Manager as the SAP organisation expands. The role offers £45,000 basic with £10,000 uncapped OTE and a clear progression plan within a £1bn+ SAP group.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as an SDR/BDR selling ERP is essential.
• Proven track record in outbound sales.
• Ambition to eventually lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting into new target accounts.
• Generating qualified meetings and opportunities.
• Engaging senior decision-makers.
• Using LinkedIn, email and telephone to create new conversations.
• Working closely with the sales team to develop pipeline.
• Helping build the SDR strategy, processes and playbook.
• Establishing KPIs and improving outbound performance.
• Helping recruit and build the SDR team as the function grows.
