Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a First Line Manager for the ASOS team in Doncaster to lead an energetic warehouse operation.

You will drive performance, develop people, and deliver safe and efficient service in a fast-moving environment. You will oversee a team of warehouse operatives and administrators, manage resources and shifts, and foster a collaborative culture focused on continuous improvement and engagement.

Qualifications

Experience in warehouse, logistics or distribution environment.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and engage teams to deliver results.
Strong communication skills with the confidence to build relationships at all levels.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team to achieve operational objectives.
Monitor and drive KPIs, productivity, quality, and service performance.
