Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. at the Primark site in Thrapston seeks a First Line Manager to lead, coach and develop a busy warehouse team. This full-time, permanent role requires working 5 from 7 on the AM shift (06:00–14:00).

You will drive safety, performance and continuous improvement while delivering operational excellence and meeting customer expectations. You will help create a positive, engaging working environment and lead by example with a people-first approach.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management experience in a warehouse/logistics setting.
• Strong communication skills across levels.
• Ability to monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily operational activities to achieve performance, quality and service targets.
• Create a safe and compliant working environment by promoting H&S standards.
• Coach, support and develop colleagues to maximise team performance.
