GXO Logistics, Inc. in Doncaster is seeking a decisive First Line Manager to lead a high-profile ASOS warehouse operation. You will coach a team of operatives and administrators, drive performance KPIs, and ensure safe, efficient daily operations on rotating shifts from Friday to Monday.

You will influence staffing, overtime, and resource planning while promoting a collaborative culture and continuous improvement across the facility.

Here at GXO, we're looking for a First Line Manager to join our ASOS team in Doncaster, a high-profile eCommerce operation. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious warehouse leader who thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys developing people, driving performance, and delivering outstanding operational results. You'll play a pivotal role in leading a team of warehouse operatives and administrators, ensuring productivity, safety, service, and engagement targets are consistently achieved while fostering a positive and collaborative team culture. With responsibility for people, processes, and performance, you'll be empowered to identify improvement opportunities and help shape the success of the operation.

This is a full time, permanent position working Friday to Monday on rotating shifts of 05:45-16:15 and 11:45-22:15.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse operatives and administrators to achieve operational objectives
• Monitor and drive KPIs, productivity, quality, and service performance across your area of responsibility
• Manage daily resource planning, headcount, and overtime to ensure cost-effective operations
• Champion health, safety, housekeeping, and compliance standards, creating a safe working environment for all colleagues
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, engagement, and operational performance

• Previous experience working within a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment
