Aviva plc in the UK is seeking a Governance & Assurance Business Partner (First Line Risk) on a 12-month fixed-term contract across Leeds, Bristol, York, Norwich, and Manchester. The role focuses on supporting Personal Lines to meet the Operational Risk and Control Management Framework, protecting customer outcomes and reducing losses.

You will develop an effective risk and control environment, lead root-cause analysis, and collaborate across the business with strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of risk management principles and governance controls.
• Experience in regulated environments, preferably insurance.
• Excellent stakeholder management across teams and levels.
• Analytical skills to identify root causes and issues.
• Track record of driving process improvements and efficiencies.
