• Strong understanding of risk management principles, governance and control requirements.
• Experience in a regulated environment, ideally insurance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify root causes.
• Experience delivering process improvements and efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Support the governance and assurance framework to protect customer outcomes.
• Facilitate risk event management and internal governance with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and thematic reviews of risk events.
• Contribute to wider team initiatives and strategic improvements.
