Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Rugby, United Kingdom, is seeking a Warehouse First Line Manager to lead our automated facility and drive efficient daily operations. You will supervise a team, coach colleagues, and partner with cross-functional colleagues to meet service targets.

The role offers a permanent contract with 5 out of 7 shift patterns (0700 - 1500). We value proactive leaders who communicate well and engage their teams to deliver reliable performance and continuous improvement.
