Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Warehouse First Line Manager to lead the day-to-day running of warehouse operations at our site in Kegworth. The role focuses on driving performance, safety, and teamwork across the site and requires solid people-management experience.

You will oversee daily tasks, promote a safe environment, and monitor KPIs to drive improvements in productivity and efficiency. A strong; background in logistics and a proactive leadership style is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role within a fast paced warehouse or complex supply chain environment.
• Demonstrated people management skills, with experience leading, coaching and developing teams.
• Strong IT literacy, including confident use of Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clearly at all levels.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities

Shift patterns: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm OR 3pm - 11pm
