Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in the United Kingdom is recruiting a Warehouse First Line Manager to lead daily warehouse operations and drive efficiency during a night shift (18:00–06:00, 4 on/4 off) in Runcorn. You’ll oversee safety, stock control and team performance, ensuring smooth operations and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is essential.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing and logistics processes.
• Good stock control and inventory management skills.
• Competent IT skills including WMS and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration.

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Previous experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment in a similar role is essential.
• Strong operational knowledge of warehousing and logistics processes.
• Good understanding of stock control, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
• Competent IT skills, including experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.
