Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Kettering is seeking a Warehouse First Line Manager to lead daily warehouse operations, drive productivity and uphold safety standards across the night shift (10pm–6am). You will supervise the team, optimise processes and ensure compliance in a fast-paced logistics environment.

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong communication skills, capable of inspiring teams and delivering measurable improvements while working nights and a flexible five-from-seven pattern.

Pay Rate: £36,402.51 plus an annual non contractual shift premium of £5,900.00 per year

Shift patterns: Nights , Any Five From Seven, 10pm until 6am
Location: Kettering
