Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Runcorn is seeking a Warehouse First Line Manager to lead daily warehouse operations, drive performance and uphold safety standards.

You will supervise the night shift (4 on, 4 off), monitor key KPIs, optimise stock control and WMS usage, and coach a team to achieve high delivery standards in a busy logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in warehouse/logistics.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing processes.
• Good IT skills with WMS and MS Office.

Shift patterns: Night shift. 4 on, 4 off – 18:00 – 06:00

this Role Would Suit People Who

• Previous experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment in a similar role is essential.
• Strong operational knowledge of warehousing and logistics processes.
• Good understanding of stock control, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
• Competent IT skills, including experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.
