Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Warehouse First Line Manager to play an integral role at the heart of our operations in Harmondsworth. This fixed-term, full-time position spans 18 months and entails delivering shift KPIs through effective resource and workload management.

You will lead Team Leaders, manage performance, training and recruitment, and ensure Health & Safety compliance while driving continuous improvement to enhance operational performance.

• Commercial awareness with understanding of KPI impact.
