Job Title: First Aider/Welfare Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated First Aider/Welfare Assistant to join our Student Services Team at a highly regarded school rated as GOOD by OFSTED. The school is a thriving mixed academy in West London, serving approximately 1500 students, including a successful 6th Form, with excellent transportation links.

Responsibilities include:

1. Acting as the Lead First Aider, providing prompt and effective first aid to students and staff.
2. Maintaining accurate records of all first aid incidents.
3. Overseeing the maintenance and proper storage of first aid equipment across the school.

You will be an integral part of ensuring the well-being of our students, working closely with colleagues in Student Services. Proficiency in IT systems such as SIMS, making calls, and supporting parental communication is essential. Prior experience is advantageous but not mandatory, as training and professional development opportunities are available.
