Merriman Grange is a luxurious residential and dementia care home based in Worthing, offering state-of-the-art facilities, including 72 large ensuite bedrooms and 5 luxury care suites. The home also features lounges, dining rooms, an on-site café bar, a cinema, and a hair and beauty salon.

We are adding an additional Home Admissions Advisor to our team. We seek an ambitious, dedicated, and compassionate sales professional to work alongside our current Advisor, ensuring the effective operation of Sales and Marketing, meeting and exceeding budget targets, filling the home with the desired client base, and maximising revenue.

The successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism and excellent customer service, promoting the values and vision of the Cinnamon Care Collection.

Our HAAs promote the homes and conduct external business development, establishing community and professional links.

Main Responsibilities:

• Update the Sales and Marketing activity database regularly and generate activity reports as needed.
• Coordinate input from all team members.
• Assist with general sales and marketing enquiries, including brochure requests, internet inquiries, and other channels.
• Gather information and respond to customer inquiries, including following up on outstanding information.
• Support at Sales and Marketing events, preparing and coordinating all aspects of sales events and exhibitions.
• Record and follow up on sales leads to meet sales targets.

Ensure timely and accurate preparation of reports, manage the pipeline of potential residents, and develop new contacts to maximise revenue and sales opportunities. Flexibility to cover the Sales & Marketing office over seven days, including weekends and evenings, as required.

Person Specification

• Must work closely with the General Manager. The ideal candidate will be decisive, self-motivated, proactive, flexible, adaptable, confident, and enthusiastic, with a desire to excel. Ability to prioritise workload, work under pressure, and manage interpersonal relationships effectively, including influencing skills, is essential.
