Optima Site Solutions Ltd in London seeks an experienced Fire & Security Service Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of the busy Service Department. You will report to the Operations Director and manage service delivery, engineer scheduling, staff supervision and training to ensure maintenance, small works and commissioning contracts are completed on time and within budget.

The role combines operational management with technical oversight and commercial responsibilities, including

Qualifications

• Previous technical experience with Fire, CCTV and Access Control systems.
• Proven experience managing and supervising engineering teams within a service or maintenance environment.
• Technical qualifications including FIA/NSI/LPCB/C&G or similar.

Responsabilités

• Manage the daily operation of the Fire & Security Service Department.
• Plan, schedule and oversee maintenance, small works and allocated commissioning contracts.
• Ensure service delivery is completed efficiently, within deadlines and budgets.
• Supervise and support Service Engineers, including apprentices and trainees.
• Coordinate engineer training and workload allocation.
• Identify additional small works opportunities at client sites.
• Organise pricing, prepare quotations and secure orders for small works projects.
• Oversee service reports and timely client invoicing.
• Maintain communication with clients, engineers and internal departments.
• Provide hands-on technical support when required.
• Identify opportunities to improve departmental performance.
