Job summary

Global Fire and Security Systems is seeking a Service Supervisor to be site based at Canary Wharf, London. You will lead a diverse team of engineers and ensure seamless delivery of engineering services within KPI guidelines.

You will mentor staff, plan work, coordinate with the Field Line Manager, and uphold health and safety standards. A full driving licence, FIA-equivalent qualifications, and MS Office proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with fire and security systems (Notifier, Advanced, Gent, Edwards EST) and industry qualifications (FIA or equivalent).
• IOSH or SSSTS health and safety qualifications preferred.
• Full driving licence required; strong MS Office skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineers to deliver engineering services within KPI guidelines.
• Mentor and train team members; plan and schedule work assignments.
• Act as primary liaison between field operations and office.
• Conduct health and safety audits and enforce safe working practices.
• Provide over-the-phone technical support and on-site problem solving.
