Job summary

Progroup Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Service Manager or Senior Engineer to lead daily service operations, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You will coordinate planned maintenance and reactive works, support engineers, and act as the central link between clients, engineers and internal teams, with RAMS and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Service Manager or Senior Alarm Engineer
• Background within the fire and security sector
• Proven experience managing service or PPM contracts
• Working knowledge of Simpro or similar service management software
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to juggle priorities

Responsibilities

• Organising and coordinating PPM schedules and reactive service requests
• Site visits to quote on jobs
• Managing field engineers, subcontractors and third‑party suppliers
• Producing RAMS and ensuring health & safety compliance
• Serving as primary contact for customers, contracts and stakeholders
• Preparing KPI reports and reviewing service performance
• Assisting with invoicing and tracking service revenue
• Maintaining records across internal systems
