Job summary
Hall & Kay seeks a skilled Multi-Disciplined Fire & Security Service Engineer to join our Manchester team, responsible for service, PPM, installation, configuration and support of fire alarm and security systems across the North region.
You will receive training across our product range, manufacturer courses and our in-house facility, supporting your professional development and delivery of high-quality service to clients.
Qualifications
- Experience maintaining fire alarm systems across commercial sites.
- Knowledge of BS5839 standards and their practical application.
- Experience servicing addressable and conventional fire alarm systems.
Responsibilities
- Service and maintenance of fire alarm systems across the North region.
- Install, configure, and commission integrated security systems.
- Respond to emergency callouts with on-site support when required.
- Maintain detailed service records, certificates, and compliance documents.
- Provide end-user training on operation and maintenance of systems.
- Work on-call rota and travel within the North region as needed.
