Job summary

Hall & Kay in Birmingham is seeking a skilled Multi-Disciplined Fire & Security Service Engineer to service, install and maintain fire alarm and integrated security systems across the Midlands. You will diagnose faults, perform PPM visits, and provide on-site and remote support to ensure system reliability.

You will receive manufacturer and in-house training, with opportunities to progress within a growing regional team. A valid UK driving licence and strong customer service are essential.

Qualifications

Proven maintenance experience on fire alarm systems.
Experience installing, configuring and maintaining security systems.
Strong networking, fault diagnosis and security protocol knowledge.

Responsibilities

Service, PPM, and fault diagnosis on fire alarm systems to BS5839 standards.
Install, configure and commission integrated security systems (CCTV, access control).
Respond to callouts, provide on-site and remote support, and maintain records.
