Job summary

Hall & Kay is seeking a skilled Multi-Disciplinary Fire & Security Service Engineer to join our Birmingham team, servicing clients across the Midlands with the latest fire and security technologies.

You will be responsible for service, PPM, installation and support of fire alarm systems and integrated security systems, with comprehensive training and manufacturer-led courses to support your ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage with clients, colleagues, and suppliers.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Reliability and punctuality; capable of working independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Service, PPM, installation, configuration and support of fire alarm systems.
• Maintain compliance with BS5839 standards and complete documentation.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support and training to customers.
