Job summary

A&E Fire & Security is seeking a Projects and Compliance Coordinator (Fire & Security) to join our Cheltenham-based team. You will coordinate compliance across fire, security and electrical works and drive certification programs from technical intake to handover packs.

The role requires meticulous administration, tracking certificates, updating schemes and coordinating with the qualified supervisors. You will ensure documentation meets health and safety and regulatory standards while supporting

Qualifications

• Experience in a compliance, technical coordination or project administration role.
• Highly organised, methodical and detail-focused.
• IT-literate — Uptick, Outlook, Excel; comfortable learning new systems.
• Experience in fire, security or electrical/building services is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate NICEIC accreditation project and maintain documentation.
• Review new project packs for scope and technical requirements.
• Design and manage fillable PDF commissioning certificates.
• Coordinate project setup in Uptick and handover packs.
