Project Start Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Fire & Security Technician for the South Wales region to deliver maintenance and compliance across Fire Alarms, CCTV, EAS, Access Control, PA systems, and Automatic Pedestrian Gates.

You will act as a technical specialist for designated stores, ensuring full compliance and minimal disruption to store operations while supporting on-call duties as required.

Qualifications

• GCSE standard education or equivalent.
• Electrical competency qualification (NVQ or City & Guilds) desirable.
• Experience with Fire Alarm systems and CCTV (IP and analogue).
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and participate in on-call duties.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company in a professional and competent manner at all times.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with client site teams and colleagues.
• Deliver work efficiently and cost-effectively while maintaining high technical standards.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements.
