Job summary

4way Recruitment is seeking an Operations Manager for the Waterlooville office, a largely office-based role with occasional site visits. Salary up to £50,000 per year (DOE) with company vehicle, phone and laptop, and pension.

You will oversee the service and maintenance operation, support engineers, manage workloads, and ensure compliance and customer satisfaction. This is a permanent, full-time position in Hampshire.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Fire & Security systems and operational leadership.
• Experience as an Operations/Service Manager or Senior Engineer.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day service and maintenance operations.
• Oversee maintenance scheduling and engineer workloads.
• Provide technical support and remote fault diagnosis when possible.
• Assist with audits (BAFE/NSI) and health & safety compliance.
