Qualifications

• Good knowledge of BS5839‑1:2025, PD6662.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Full driving licence.
• Ability to satisfy BS7858 and enhanced DBS checks.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and fault diagnostic work on Fire and Intruder panels.
• Participate in the out of hours call out rota.
• Work effectively on your own or as part of a team.

Skills

Good knowledge of BS5839‑1:2025

Good written and verbal communication skills

Ability to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction

Ability to operate SMART devices

Full driving licence
