Arup is seeking Fire Engineers to join our UK team to deliver a growing portfolio of high-impact projects. You will complement our fire safety group and work across 400+ engineers in 20 offices, contributing to diverse, iconic integrations and research-driven practice.

Ideal candidates are pursuing Chartered Engineer status or have clear motivation to achieve it; you will engage in multi-project work, rigorous reporting, and collaborative design across teams to enhance safety and resilience in

Qualifications

• Degree in fire engineering or related field is required.
• Excellent report writing and communication skills are essential.
• Experience in a fire engineering consultancy or similar environment is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Understand and apply fire science principles on projects within the engineering process.
• Implement Total Fire Safety concepts across design and construction.
• Investigate and apply UK legislation and guidance on projects.
• Develop and implement fire strategies in collaboration with design teams.
• Support progression towards Chartered Engineer status and professional development.
