Job summary

Abri is seeking a Safer Homes Administrator to join our team in Yeovil. This fixed-term role supports customers accessing safety checks and coordinates appointments with contractors to keep homes safe.

You will maintain accurate records, work alongside colleagues and contribute to meeting safety compliance and Awaab’s Law requirements, delivering reliable service with empathy and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• You’ll be naturally organised, able to juggle different priorities, and comfortable building positive relationships with customers, contractors and colleagues.
• You’ll know how to communicate with empathy, take ownership of queries, and remain calm when things get busy.
• You may already have experience within housing, compliance or property services, but most importantly you’ll understand the value of great customer service and be motivated by making a difference.

Responsibilities

• Help customers access important safety checks and coordinate appointments.
• Work with colleagues and contractors to keep things moving and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
• Contribute to meeting safety compliance requirements and Awaab’s Law obligations.
