Quality Assurance Manager – FRA Audits – North

Homeworking

£44,320 - £46,653 per year plus company car or car allowance

35 hours per week

We have an opportunity for a Quality Assurance Manager to join our fire compliance delivery team, including 18 fire risk assessors, 5 fire project managers, and a QA Auditor. You will be involved in auditing and validating fire risk assessments, conducting desktop and face-to-face audits with assessors based in the North, Northwest, and Scotland regions. You will also be the second sign-off on high-risk fire risk assessments.

The role includes:

• Undertaking quality reviews of Fire Risk Assessments completed in the Group program and assessing business performance against regulatory and service delivery requirements.
• Planning, managing, and implementing audit review programmes to assess compliance performance.
• Leading investigations into Quality Assurance issues related to Fire Risk Assessments, assessing compliance impact, root causes, and resolutions.
• Managing the development of action plans to improve service delivery and performance.

Skills and experiences:

• Level 4 diploma in fire risk assessments (minimum), FRA validators certification.
• Proven experience supporting senior management administratively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Experience working to deadlines and managing workloads.
