Job summary

Tremco CPG UK provides technical support to customers, contractors and internal teams for its fire protection products. The role involves advising on fit-for-purpose solutions, handling technical enquiries and generating drawings as needed.

The successful candidate will liaise with internal departments, deliver training to installers and CPD sessions for designers and architects, and contribute to design and installation compliance.

Qualifications

Experience with fire stopping or fire protection desirable.
Engineering or construction degree desirable.
Working knowledge of CAD or ability to generate technical drawings advantageous.
Computer literacy with MS Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

Advise on fit for purpose Nullifire passive fire protection products and practical use, remotely or onsite as required.
Process and manage customers’ enquiries from technical queries to design drawings and provide general product advice.
Provide best practice guidance to ensure compliance during design and installation stages.
Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill customers’ technical needs.
Conduct training sessions for installing contractors and CPD sessions for designers and architects.
