You will provide high-quality technical advice and support the specification and use of Knauf Insulation products to internal and external customers, including calculations for thermal transmittance and condensation risk analysis.

The role emphasizes delivering accurate technical guidance, developing training materials, and contributing to marketing collateral while actively engaging in continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Experience explaining technical data to customers.
• Knowledge of building regulations and approved documents.
• Ability to communicate across functions.
• Understanding of insulation products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical services to internal and external customers with accuracy and professionalism.
• Engage in training and development; deliver training materials when appropriate.
