Job Description:

Logical are working with a well established construction company who have recently set up a passive fire/fire door department. They are looking for a permanent Operations Manager to join them to help grow the fire department.

Our client has already won multiple large projects and already have an exceptional amount of work for this year, most of the projects are within the North West.

The projects will be consist of a range of commercial projects including hospitals, care homes, universities and student accommodations.

Must have:

• Experience managing both fire door carpenters and fire stopping projects,
• 3+ years contract manager experience and be able to run multiple projects simultaneously,
• Two reputable references,
• A driving licence,
• Open to negotiation depending on experience,
• ASAP

Location:

• Manchester- must be happy to travel nationwide as and when needed
