Lendable is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our UK Loans product team. You will own the onboarding journey end-to-end, focusing on improving conversion across web and app journeys and identifying new ways to engage customers.

As a PM, you will break down complex tasks, collaborate with Engineering, Credit, Growth, and Operations, and drive data-driven decisions to scale products and accelerate growth in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Formación

• 2+ years of work experience as a Product Manager or similar role.
• Data proficiency: comfortable using Python or SQL to query data and run analysis.
• Familiar with AI tools like Cursor, Claude Code or Codex.

Responsabilidades

• Own and drive the strategy, execution, and growth of our origination funnel, particularly focusing on direct lending.
• Define the product roadmap and oversee delivery with an industry leading Engineering Team.
• Collaborate with other teams across the business, including other Product Managers, Engineering, Credit, Data Science, Finance and Operations.
• Champion data-driven decision-making by designing hypothesis driven tests, measuring outcomes, and iterating quickly based on learnings.
• Using AI to build tools, automate manual workflows and helping your team make faster and better decisions
• Navigating a fast-paced, evolving fintech landscape, balancing innovation with compliance and risk management.
• Partnering with design to ensure our customers' needs are always at the heart of what we're building.
• Working with third parties to ensure that the product is best-in-market for the businesses that we work with.
