Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in strategy, analytics, consulting or product.
• Likely your second job rather than a graduate role.
• Strong interest in technology, fintech and startups.
• Curious about AI and new tools.
• Interested in building products or starting companies in the future.

Responsibilities

• Run fast experiments across UK Cards product areas.
• Support product, tooling and AI initiatives within the team.
• Challenge current work practices to find simpler, faster ways to operate.
• Work closely with senior team members to test ideas and drive improvements.
