Job summary

Recommend Recruitment Ltd partners with a high-growth global fintech to recruit a driven SDR. You’ll generate and qualify pipeline for Mid-Market and Enterprise teams, aiming for 8–12 qualified meetings per month.

Work in a tight pod with 2–3 Account Executives, running multi‑channel outreach and qualifying leads against our ICP. You’ll research accounts, tailor messaging, and hand off clean, contextual notes to AEs for fast follow‑up.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in SDR/BDR/appointment setting in B2B tech, fintech, or complex services.

Responsibilities

• Run multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn) to named accounts and inbound leads.
• Research and personalise messaging based on account grade and location.
• Book and manage qualified meetings per month; track and be paid on performance.
• Keep CRM data tight with clear next steps and concise handoff briefs for AEs.
• Provide feedback market intelligence to refine ICP, messaging, and targeting.
