Job summary

FGS Recruitment is partnering with a fast-scaling fintech company to recruit a Junior SDR. You will own outbound prospecting, build pipeline, and fast-track into a full-cycle Business Development role in a high-energy fintech sales environment.

You’ll crush outbound activity, qualify meetings, and support senior BDs. Hybrid working is offered with a clear path to progression and mentorship from experienced sales leaders.

Qualifications

• Ambitious, early-career sales professional with 1–2 years of sales experience ideal.
• Confident on the phone and quick at building rapport.
• Proactive, organised and target-driven.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to generate qualified meetings.
• Build and qualify a robust sales pipeline.
• Support senior BDs with pitch prep and client meetings.
• Maintain a clean HubSpot CRM and hit activity targets.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
