Job summary

Set2Recruit is assisting a London-based technology provider focused on financial markets to hire a Business Development Manager. The role is centred on acquiring new logos across the financial services sector and leveraging an existing network to open doors from day one.

You will manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles, align with engineers to craft credible propositions, and represent the company at industry events, contributing to growth and market strategy.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of new business wins in financial services technology or infrastructure.
• Strong network across UK and/or international financial services.
• Ability to sell at C-suite and senior technical level with credibility.

Responsibilities

• Hunting and winning net new logos across the financial services sector.
• Leveraging your existing network to open doors and build a strong pipeline from day one.
• Managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from first conversation through to signed contract.
• Working closely with solutions engineers to build compelling, technically credible propositions.
• Representing the business at industry events, exchanges and financial markets forums.
• Feeding market intelligence back to the business to shape product and go-to-market strategy.
