Job summary

Delta Capita is seeking a Blockchain / DLT Developer to design, build and deploy distributed ledger and smart contract solutions for financial services clients. You will work across Ethereum, Hedera, Algorand and MACH Chain to deliver secure, scalable on-chain applications.

You will collaborate with architects, product managers and client stakeholders, applying deep technical expertise to solve complex challenges while staying current with layer-2 scaling, security best practices and DevOps

Qualifications

• Experience with security tokens on distributed ledgers.
• Hands-on smart contract development on Ethereum (Solidity).
• Familiar with Hedera or Algorand technologies.
• Strong Web3 library experience (Web3.js, Ethers.js).
• Backend languages: Node.js, Python, Go, or Java.
• Familiar with Hardhat, Truffle, Foundry or equivalents.
• Version control with Git and collaborative workflows.
• Strong analytical and security-focused problem solving.
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts and DApps across Ethereum, Hedera, Algorand, and MACH Chain.
• Tailor blockchain solutions to financial services client requirements.
• Contribute to MACH Chain development, including tooling and protocol work.
• Collaborate with backend engineers and product managers to integrate components.
• Audit, test, and optimise smart contracts for security and gas efficiency.
• Stay current with Ethereum, Hedera, Algorand and DLT developments.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and share knowledge internally.
• Engage with project managers to understand requirements and support delivery.
• Contribute to development process improvements and tooling.
