Job summary

Delta Capita seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead technology delivery programmes, including blockchain/fintech initiatives, across M ach and client engagements. You will define scope, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive initiatives from initiation to go-live, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes.

You will manage governance forums, stakeholder communication, and risk, while ensuring appropriate resourcing and adherence to best practices in both Agile and waterfall environments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on project management experience delivering technology or software programmes in financial services or fintech.
• Strong governance, stakeholder management and communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Agile and waterfall delivery methods and client-facing governance.
• Drafting formal project documents such as initiation docs, RAID logs, status reports and release notes.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of technology delivery programmes and act as central point of contact for stakeholders.
• Own and manage project governance including charters, plans, reports and terms of reference.
• Ensure appropriate resourcing across software engineering, blockchain development and business analysis workstreams.
• Maintain and manage project plan and RAID log with attention to technical dependencies.
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery from requirements to go-live in collaboration with engineering and BA teams.
• Build relationships with client and internal stakeholders across technical and executive levels.
• Document decisions and outcomes via minutes and sign-offs for auditable delivery records.
• Support risk/issue resolution and lessons-learned reviews at milestones.
