Job summary

Delta Capita is seeking a Blockchain / DLT Developer to design, build, and deploy distributed ledger solutions for financial services clients. You will work across Ethereum, Hedera, Algorand, and MACH Chain to deliver secure, scalable on-chain applications.

You will collaborate with architects, product managers, and client stakeholders, contribute to protocol-level improvements, and mentor junior team members while staying abreast of evolving blockchain ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Experience with security tokens on distributed ledgers.
• Hands-on experience deploying smart contracts on Ethereum.
• Familiarity with Hedera or Algorand ecosystems.
• Strong knowledge of blockchain fundamentals and tokenomics.
• Experience with Web3 libraries (Web3.js / Ethers.js).
• Proficient in backend languages (Node.js, Python, Go, Java).
• Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts and DApps across Ethereum, Hedera, Algorand, and MACH Chain.
• Collaborate with backend engineers, solution architects, product managers, and client stakeholders.
• Audit, test, and optimise smart contracts for security and gas efficiency.
• Stay current with Ethereum, Hedera Hashgraph, Algorand developments.
• Contribute to MACH Chain tooling and internal knowledge sharing.
• Provide guidance to junior team members.
• Engage with managers to understand requirements and support delivery.
