Qualifications

Experience gathering and analysing client requirements across financial services and digital asset use cases.
Ability to translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and BRDs.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, backlog grooming, and cross-functional delivery teams.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements-gathering sessions with clients and workshops to elicit and validate needs across digital asset and capital markets use cases.
Translate requirements into structured user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specs for Agile teams.
Document current-state processes and map future-state operating models for digital asset tokenisation workflows.
Present specifications clearly to software teams and ensure alignment with product backlog priorities.
Act as client-side voice throughout the development lifecycle and manage scope and expectations.
Support UAT and ensure delivered functionality meets agreed requirements.
