Job summary

Delta Capita Group seeks a Technical Business Analyst to bridge product, engineering and client delivery teams, gathering, analysing and documenting complex technical requirements across internal initiatives and client projects.

You will translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories, support backlog refinement and ensure traceability through the SDLC, working with architects, developers and QA in a fast-paced distributed ledger environment.

Qualifications

• Experience writing technical documentation such as user stories, process flows and data models.
• Strong understanding of software development practices, especially Agile and Scrum.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to communicate with both business and technical audiences.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams delivering complex technology platforms.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence and requirements management tools.
• Comfortable facilitating workshops, interviews and requirements elicitation sessions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Client Delivery Leads and SMEs to gather and refine detailed business and technical requirements.
• Translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Work with developers and testers to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
• Support backlog refinement and sprint planning by breaking epics/features into actionable stories.
• Liaise with client stakeholders to capture solution requirements and validate deliverables.
• Ensure traceability between scope, requirements and delivered functionality throughout the SDLC.
• Participate in design authority and change control to assess changes and design risks.
• Drive process improvement in requirements management, documentation and traceability.
• Act as a subject matter expert on components of the DLS platform and technical workflows.
