Delta Capita is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge financial services clients and software development teams. You will elicit, analyse, and translate complex business requirements across digital assets and tokenisation into clear user stories and functional specs that drive delivery.

You will lead workshops, write high-quality user stories, and collaborate with Agile teams to ensure solutions meet client needs. The role emphasizes strong stakeholder management and practical problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Fin-Tech, consulting or client-facing experience within financial services.
• Understanding of capital markets and digital assets.
• Experience translating requirements into user stories and specs.
• Proficient with Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Able to communicate with both business stakeholders and engineers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client workshops to elicit and validate business needs.
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria and specs.
• Document current-state processes and future-state operating models.
• Collaborate with product backlog prioritisation and estimation.
• Support UAT and client sign-off.
• Deliver training and product demonstrations.
• Address blockers and maintain stakeholder communications.
