Job summary

Delta Capita is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead technology programmes in the blockchain and fintech space. You will own governance, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive delivery from initiation to closure, reporting to client executives and sponsors.

You will manage project charters, RAID logs, and status reports, while ensuring delivery milestones, risk management, and cross-team collaboration are achieved to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on project management experience delivering technology programmes.
• Experience in financial services or fintech environments.
• Ability to manage governance, risk, and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of technology delivery programmes and stakeholders.
• Own project governance including charters, plans, status reports.
• Ensure resourcing across software eng, blockchain, and business analysis.
• Maintain project plans and RAID log with dependencies.
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery across design, development, testing and go-live.
