City Site Solutions Ltd. is seeking an experienced Finishing Manager for an on-site role on a large-scale industrial project. You will oversee all final finishing activities, coordinate with site managers and subcontractors, and ensure the development is completed to the required quality and programme.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in finishing and completion stages, with a strong eye for detail and a proactive approach to resolving issues before handover.

• Proven experience managing finishing and completion stages of construction projects.
• Excellent knowledge of final finishing trades and construction processes.
• Strong eye for detail and focus on quality.

Responsabilités

• Oversee finishing works across the project to ensure quality and programme.
• Coordinate subcontractors and trades to meet standards.
• Carry out regular inspections and compile snagging lists.
• Manage close-out of snagging items through to completion.
• Ensure finishes meet high-quality standards and project timelines.
