Job summary

Sphere Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a key client for an Assistant Site Manager role. The successful candidate will support day-to-day site operations, be hands-on, and assist with snagging and finishing works when required.

You should hold an SSSTS and a Gold CSCS card, be comfortable using basic hand tools, and have experience with paintwork touch-ups and sealant finishing. Health & safety awareness is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager.
• Must hold a valid SSSTS.
• Must hold a Gold CSCS card.
• Willing to assist with snagging and finishing works.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools.
• Experience with paintwork touch-ups.
• Experience using sealant and carrying out minor finishing works.
• Good understanding of site health & safety.
• Reliable and hardworking.
• Available to start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day running of the site.
• Be hands-on and help with snagging and finishing works when required.
• Maintain high health and safety standards on site.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers as required.
