Job summary

Ultimate Construction Logistics seeks a Finishing Manager for a luxury new build Care Home in Melksham. This freelance assignment starts ASAP and runs for 16 weeks, at £230 per day.

You will supervise sub-contractors, manage snagging/defects, and drive on-site production to handover by year end, reporting to the Senior Site Manager and Contracts Manager.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as Finishing Manager, ideally for a developer.
• Experience managing snagging and defects on site.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor sub-contractors and drive production through to handover.
• Support on-site teams to finish the luxury care home by year end.

Development of a luxury new build Care Home.

The Role

To work in the position of Finishing Manager reporting to the Senior Site manager and Contracts Manager

Your role will require you to monitor sub-contractors and drive the production through to completion and handover of the Care Home by the end of the year.

Key Requirements

• Finishing Manager must be able to manage snagging / defects, monitor trades and labour on site
• SMSTS, CSCS, FIRST AID

• You will have gained 2+ years' experience, ideally working for a developer as an Finishing Manager
