Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Finishing Manager on high-rise residential projects.
• Valid CSCS card.
• SMSTS qualification.
• First Aid at Work certification.
• Strong knowledge of finishing trades and quality control.
• Excellent communication and management skills.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and drive completion.

Kenna Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced Finishing Manager to join one of our leading main contractor clients on a high-rise residential scheme in Central London.

The project comprises 200+ residential units. This is initially a contract position, with the potential to become a permanent opportunity for the right candidate.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Finishing Manager with a proven track record of working on high-rise residential schemes. You will be responsible for managing the finishing stages of the project, ensuring works are completed to a high standard, on programme and in line with the required quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Finishing Manager on high-rise residential projects.
• Valid and in-date CSCS.
• SMSTS.
• First Aid at Work.
• Strong knowledge of finishing trades, quality control and snagging.
• Excellent communication and management skills.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and drive the project through to completion.
